What are your company hours? - Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9-5 pm EST. Our Shipping Dept. is open Monday through Friday 7:00-3:30 pm and Saturday 7:00-10:30 am.

Where are your products coming from? Are they authentic? - All of our supplies come directly from the manufacturers or manufacturer appointed distributors. Every product you buy from us is 100% authentic and original.
Can you tell me more about your pricing? - We work directly with manufacturer pricing polices and generally offer the lowest prices allowed by manufacturers. This is generally 20%-40% discount from suggested retail price for most of our products but due to some strict manuafacturer policies, some product are only offered at suggested retail price. Free shipping is offered on all orders above $55, we also offer an additional volume discount for large purchases of up to 14%. The bigger the purchase, the bigger the volume discount. I am trying to re-order the same products I ordered before, but the product picture looks different. Is this the same product? - Currently the following manufacturers are undergoing label updates: Integrative Therapeutics (PhytoPharmica, NF Formulas, Tyler Encapsulations, Vitaline Formulas). You will find that some products from these manufacturers have the same product name with a different look. These are most likely the same product. We can double-check it for you if you want to make sure; please e-mail us with the product name.
I don't see discounted prices. Instead I see (click for registered-user price) link. What is this and how can I get discount? - Some manufacturers prohibit discount advertisement of their products to the general public. For this reason, discounted prices can only be seen and applied to registered users.

How do I verify if my order went through OK? - There are 2 ways to verify. You will be given an Order ID from our web site as soon as your order is complete. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after. Having either order ID or e-mail confirms your order.
How do I check on status of my order? - Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped you will receive another e-mail containing tracking number to confirm shipment. In addition, Order Status feature is available on our web site 24 hours 7 days a week for the most up to date status.
Do I have to pay taxes? - There is no sales tax except 7 % sales tax to shipments in the State of Georgia.
What is your return/exchange policy? - Within 30 days from purchase date. Please e-mail us for authorization number before returning a product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Generally we provide 100% credit on exchange and 90% refund on return (10% restocking fee applies).

Do you have a product catalog? - NaturalGreens.Com does not publish a product catalog at this time. Please refer to our site map page for a complete list of our products.
I made purchases from NaturalGreens before. Can I re-order without using Internet? - Yes, please e-mail or call us with the following information: previous order ID (if available), your name, phone number, products you want to order and shipping address. You must call us, if your credit card information has changed. We will process your order promptly and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
What other ordering methods are available other than on-line? - You can also place an order using fax, mail or phone. Fax orders should include all input data requested on Check-Out page. Our mailing address can be found at "Contact Us" page for mail orders. For phone orders, please call us or leave a message. We will return your call promptly in case we have missed your call.

How soon will I receive my order? - We provide same day shipping on orders placed before 1:30 PM EST during week days and 10:30 AM on Saturday. Once departed from our warehouse delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

What is the shipping charge? - Domestic Orders: free on orders over $55; all others are shipped for a flat rate of $6. - International Orders: actual postage cost plus $4 (for package handling and custom preparation).
Do you ship to APO or PO Box addresses? - Yes, we do.
Do you accept International orders? - Yes, we accept international orders except for the following countries: Germany, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Malaysia, Macedonia, Nigeria (other African countries), Romania, Singapore.
Can I request my package to be hand-delivered or left at a specific location? - We use USPS Priority Mail service and generally speaking, specific delivery instruction is not granted. However, upon your request we can add "Signature Required" service for an additional $2 fee. Mail carriers are required to obtain your signature while hand-delivering your package. You may want to consider this option if your shipping address is located in a mail-unfriendly neighborhood or if you have any concerns while your package is left unattended. Please e-mail us to request this service right after completing your order should you feel it is needed.
Is registration required? - Registration is NOT required to purchase products. However, you may need to log-in or be registered for some products if you want to buy them at our base discounted price. These products are Physicians' Brands and it is the manufacturers' requirement.
I changed my email address. What should I do? - If you haven't registered, there is nothing you need to do; simply use your new email address during check-out. If you are a registered user, click MY ACCOUNT link on top of our web site. Please make sure you use your previous e-mail address on this page. Once you are successfully directed to the account administration page you can update any information including your new e-mail address. Make sure to save your changes before leaving the page by clicking "Update Account" button at the bottom. Now everything will work with your new e-mail address.
I am having trouble logging-in. What should I do? - We do not make registration mandatory to purchase from our web site and you may have purchased from us without having registered. If you have registered and forgot your password or which e-mail address used, you can recover it on-line at password recovery page.
