 Sedaplex is a natural, non-narcotic supplement providing concentrated botanical extracts with nutritional synergists. Research indicates supplementation with nutrients and phytonutrients found in Sedaplex provides nutritional support for normal sleep and relaxation. Gentle, effective and safe.
Directions:
For both day and nighttime use, take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily between meals, or as directed by your physician or health care practitioner. For nighttime use only, take 2 to 3 capsules 1/2 hour before bed, or as directed by your physician or health care practitioner.
