 | Iron deficiency is found in 30% to 50% of the U.S. population, particularly in pregnant, lactating, and young menstruating women. Each capsule of Iron Complex™ provides 25 mg of ferrous succinate with 250 mg of liquid liver fractions, a rich source of heme iron. Heme iron is the most easily absorbed form of iron, and doesn't cause side effects such as nausea and constipation.†
Recommendations:
Two softgel capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
