 | Indoplex is a unique, bioavailable formulation of diindolylmethane (DIM), an indole phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables. DIM has been shown to shift the balance of circulating estradiol and estrone to safer metabolites, preventing dysestrogenism and promoting hormonal health.
Directions:
Take 2 capsules once daily for women or 4 capsules once daily for men. Take with food or as directed by your physician, pharmacist, or health care practitioner.
Warnings:
Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Notes:
Harmless changes in urine color may occur with the use of this product. Well-tolerated by most highly sensitive individuals.
