 Balanced B vitamin formula
As a complex, the B vitamins are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system and are perhaps the most important nutritional factor for healthy nerve cells. Suggested Use
1–2 capsules per day, in divided doses, with meals. 2 capsules provide the recommended dose for pregnant or lactating women.
