 Menstrual comfort and support: supports mood, cramps and edema associated with the menstrual cycle
ProSoothe® contains standardized herbal extracts, which have been used for many years to support women's bodies during the menstrual cycle. These herbs act in various ways to respond to hormonal changes that occur in the monthly cycle; namely, they have been shown to alter the ratio of estrogen to progesterone, in favor of progesterone, and to inhibit the secretion of prolactin from the pituitary gland. ProSoothe also reduces prostaglandin production and promotes a uterine-relaxant effect, thereby moderating discomfort experienced by some women at the onset of menstruation.
ProSoothe® combines herbs that soothe the uterine muscle and normalize hormonal changes, which occur during the menstrual cycle.
Suggested Use
2–4 capsules per day, in divided doses, between meals. Use only during luteal phase of menstrual cycle; i.e., in a typical 28 day cycle, begin on day 14 and take through 1st day of flow. Stop. Begin again on day 14.
