 | Blue Heron is a comprehensive, encapsulated, bulk fiber supplement. This proprietary formula combines
psyllium, demulcents, absorbents, and probiotics with time-tested Ayurvedic herbs to provide
effective, yet gentle, intestinal support. Dietary fiber supports gastrointestinal and colon
health.
Directions:
Take 3-6 capsules, 2 times a day, with 8 ounce glass of water.
