Indoplex is a unique, bioavailable formulation of diindolylmethane (DIM), an indole phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables. DIM has been shown to shift the balance of circulating estradiol and estrone to safer metabolites, preventing dysestrogenism and promoting hormonal health.
