Formulating/New Product Development - Dr. Andrew Halpner received his Ph.D. in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Dr. Halpner has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics pertaining to nutrition and has authored numerous articles.
