Orders placed before 1:30 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. If your order contains a back-ordered item, we ship what we have in stock and the remaining portion will be usually shipped within a week. In rare cases if shipment delay is expected to be more than 4 business days, you will be notified as soon as possible. |
|  U.S. Domestic Orders
- FREE-SHIPPING on orders over $35; all others are shipped for a flat rate of $5.
- Our default shipping method is USPS Priority or First Class Mail depending on the weight and size of your order. We will notify you via e-mail with a tracking number once your order ships out. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us before finalizing your order.
- Transit time: 1 to 4 business days.
- We do not offer local pick-up at this time.
 International Orders
- Our default international shipping method is USPS Global Priority Mail. We can also use USPS Global Express Mail if requested (Please e-mail us upon completion of check-out).
If there is no substantial cost difference between Express and Priority Mail, we will choose Express Mail.
All international orders will be shipped with a tracking number. - Shipping cost is the actual cost of postage plus $4 (for package handling and custom preparation fee).
- Transit Time: 3 to 10 business days.
- Currently we do not ship to the following countries due to restrictive import regulations or high risk of accepting credit card transactions: Bahamas, Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Malaysia, Macedonia, Mexico, Nigeria (other African countries), Romania, Singapore.
- It is the customers' responsibility to understand and be responsible for regulations related to custom, tariff, and other issues on international shipments. NaturalGreens is NOT responsible for any losses or added fees incurred by such regulations. Custom rejected packages will be treated as return.
